food

I still haven't succeeded. there's no one thing I've baked/cooked that didi really eats up. or exclaims that it's very nice without me asking about it. oh well. I'll continue trying as always.

Jamie's great Italian escape was damn nice. it's very interesting to see how he deals with people and how he tries to grasp what Italian cuisine really is. it's more than coooking really. and he's a damn funny person.

and I'm quite convinced that I'm going the right way. well, at least my purpose in wanting to be a chef is sort of correct. Jamie Oliver said something very similar like making people happy by serving great food. anyway, my knife skills are quite horrible. I'm very slow. rar. shall help out with dinner more often.

school isn't stressful anymore even though there's tons of work to do. I guess I'm just either stoning or daydreaming in school or talking rubbish with someone. but it's nice.

time passes so quickly that it's gonna be the middle of the year so soon! exciting!

haha. I think I shall bake cheesecake tomorrow night. yup.

I'm eating cake almost everyday.

I don't believe in restricting diets. we should enjoy all the stuff we get to eat. maybe we could just not eat unhealthy stuff alll the time. I don't know how to explain myself. it's unhealthy to eat just everything but I just don't see the point in restricted oneself to an extremely strict diet. it's total madness. on the other hand, it's perfectly normal for a person who wants to be a chef to want to eat everything. food is practically my life( well at least in a way)
