yes. this is the entire expo to walk through. gosh.

anyway, we got to see ALOT of food and try alot of very very good food. we sampled stuff like freshly baked danish pastry, chocolate melts, gelato/icecream and alot of random food. stuff there was very very nice!

there were traders and suppliers from all over the whole. Italy, Greece, USA, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Japan and many more. and definitely including Singapore

we got to see commercial machinery,hotel stuff and whatnots. we also got to see the displays of the culinary challenge. I liked this tofu appetizer-->

it's very very pretty. but sadly most of the plated appetizers looked very similar. and some of the colours were just too much.

=) and there were some pretty hot chefs walking about.

it was very fun. and the next FHA would be in 2008. somehow,I'll be there the next time. exciting!

here are some random photos. that's a very cool looking coffee machine. the brand is called elektra.damn cool right? and that's a cute lobster. I've never eaten lobster before anyway.

and this is a sugar piece, using sugar marzipan and stuff to makethis totally intricate looking thing.it's a living room! and the other pic is a display of different fish. it's some supplier from some european country I think.

after FHA which ended about 4 plus, I went over to J's mum's bakery. it's nice and cosy. had a very nice time talking to jdee.
