hello! I had a tiring but wonderfully great day. we had our beach cleaning CIP at east coast park. it's terribly disgusting but we were slacking most of the time. we had lunch at Suntec city. Mr PC came along. we ate dessert before our mains.and I ate dessert after that main which is bad but I really wanted to eat more=p the American Universities Exhibition is rather disappointing. I wanted to talk to the guy but there were too many people! Career fair was good though. I've got tons of brochures. I got a few (very) important ones like the Le Cordon Bleu (Australia), Deakin University(Australia) and a couple of others. there's some F&B related brochures too. oh I so want to be a chef.. (but I'm quite worried if I can take the long working hours and if my interest can be sustained) I talked to mama. she says I have to go to NUS to take the food science & technology course,then go out and work and then go to culinary school! =( I want to go to culinary school! I will consider my options carefully. dinner at Jumbo Riverwalk was really nice. we ordered our usual stuff(Peking duck,crispy baby squid,nestum prawns,chilli crab,black pepper crab) I love crab! esp the black pepper one! we had really really good desserts at Riciotti,the Italian cafe nearby. we had profiteroles(flavoured custard puffs doused in choclate), pannacotta( vanilla-flavoured cream set using gelatin) and Morbida(chocolate mousse with a liquid centre) it was heaven!
