oh yay! lil outing with nana was really fun. meeting up with YY for dinner too! I think me and nana are two crazy people. we talk tons of rubbish when we're together. and laugh super duper loud=p anyway,I got my hair cut. the fringe is kinda screwy. the back is nice though. me and nana went clothes shopping. we spent like half an hour trying out clothes at IP zone(Lot1) it was super funny! we took like at least ten pieces and tried on. we ended up buying the same pair of pants. it's this lovely khaki green pants! P.S: there's this really hot guy who works there. damn cute! dinner was nice too. I think we ate too much stuff. which is bad. but we always eat that much when we all go out=p okay I think I'm not using wax on my hair tomorrow. can't be bothered. shall just blow dry it. 8:45 PM
 I'm getting more into photography. oh my. anyway,I did lunch all by myself. I used 80% fresh produce. I put in one can of stewed tomatoes and button mushrooms. I shall experiment using all local tomatoes next time! herbs are absolutely yummy! it's a really nice chunky meaty sauce. and we always add diced veggies in. we always use those tricoloured twisted pasta. =) actually I'm quite lazy. I haven't touched my work at all. which is rather bad. but I don't really care. lalala. I'm going out with nana soon and meeting YY for dinner. yay! 1:45 PM

yesterday night was weird. I was half-awake when K called me. heh. (I wonder if they talked it thru yet.) supermarket trip was rather nice. we didn't buy our usual S$200 plus worth of stuff but we got some nice stuff. oh I have embarked on my saving money project(to fund my go-overseas-and-study thing) it's the first time I'm really saving money.Up to date,my savings account still has S$1. I'm really bad at saving money. argh! but I shall not give up and continue saving money. we bought US strawberries from the fruit shop behing church. it's super yummy. I mixed up leftover cream with some icing sugar. haha=P I ate like ten strawberries. I love it. everything will change but I know it will get better. actually,it's better. ok I'm weird. why do I always recover so easily from all these weird friendship problems thing? HL said to me on MSN that I'm probably the strongest person she's ever met. I find it quite amusing. I guess it's because I know no matter what happens God is with me and He is my strength. even when I cannot feel him. and I'm such a heck-care person. =P 9:30 PM

well, the problem is more or less settled. yay=) however,now,there's the class problem. but it's quite minor. I'm reading Jamie Oliver's biography. it's really inspiring. I received a pastry magazine from Italy yesterday. it's so pretty and beautiful. anyway,P was so pissed with the entire education system. she wrote me this really sweet and cute angry letter. darling,the vaganova conference will be really good for you. keep on dancing=) tomorrow is supermarket day. yay! school was pretty okay. mass pe was a killer even though we didn't run very much. I more or less dieded. heh. anyway,I was quite annoyed that all 3 had to be absent on the same day but never mind 'cos they are all coming back tomorrow. and yes we are going to clear up this entire ridiculous thing. I think most of us understand what's going except the people involved. but one thing, I'm quite sad is that the only thing I can feel now about the entire thing is being pissed or emptiness. ms KC is not talking to IH. which is bad. I read this really cute book on tea and biscuits. it's really cool. I'm reading Jamie Oliver's biography tomorrow! so exciting. the things that keep me going to school is God and friends. people seem to have lost interest in school. so have I. 8:45 PM

I am traumatised by ms KC. school was actually quite okay until after school. I'm quite apalled and disappointed that people can't trust me enough to ask me a simple question. but right now I feel more stressed than pissed. not over the upcoming term exams but about my future. I talked to mama about going overseas to study culinary art. apparently,it's too expensive to send me somewhere to study.(considering I have 4 other siblings) the point is I really want to study culinary arts and get a degree in that, not a diploma. I am very very uncertain about my future. this whole thing is like killing me.raow. if only blasting music could make me feel better. well it did(a lil) heh.random jay chou songs on irwin's mp3. school is getting really bad that I don't even have the motivation to wake up. oh the meeting with the juniors was pretty okay. and I'm a lil confused. I totally love my class! AC's FUN-O-RAMA is really really good. the school had tons of people walking about. it was so happening. during the past few days,the class stayed in school for ages to set up the entire thing. chairs were removed. places were levelled. drapes were being hung. rooms were being set up. banners were being hanged. tons of posters were pasted around school. rehearsals were carried out less than half an hour before funorama started. tickets were sold. tours were carried out. some groups were good. some weren't. people were scared. some screamed(actually most) some people pull down our drapes. some props got damaged. some of our actors got assaulted. people fell down and got injured. but the show still had to carry on. so it did. it was a really good experience. people cried and then smiled. it's totally full of ups and downs. I'll never forget this..ever.. competing with the other THREE haunted houses was quite hard. but I'm sure we'll do fine. the last tour group had this guy who went to every single haunted house and he sad OURS IS THE BEST! oh yay! actually we competed the most with AH Blue. 'cos their haunted house was right above ours and their publicity was really good. but according to several sources,their haunted house wasn't scarey. I was the tour guide for about 4 hours straight. it was damn tiring. I pretty screwed up the 1st few trips but it got better. speaking in normal english was much easier than chinese. anyway, I kept saying "relax it's okay", "keep moving", " don't worry there's nothing infront." "don't be scared I hold your hand okay", "I'll go first" and other stuff. I had to keep pushing people forward as they kept pushing backwards as they were scared. I did ticketing and crowd control later on. and staying at the back of tour groups to ensure our actors don't get hurt. it's really tiring. but it's amazing how the entire day just goes pass. like zoom! all our hard work just crammed into one day. I simply love my class for all they did and for who they are. and I thank GOD for being there with us. I was never scared of anything, for He was around. P.S: it's quite amusing to see a buncg of guys get damn scared and stuff. haha=p and now I even laugh and feel amused when people scream. I got too immune.. 6:45 PM
I realised my blog celebrated its birthday a few days ago. how interesting.. looking back on the JC1 year, I feel so blessed. I was able to take part in 2 funfairs. and belong to 2 schools. it's a very very enjoyable experience. JJ was good. I made lots of really good friends there. Love Fiesta was really fun. BUT AC was simply the best. getting to know people and all. God was just there =) I love my life. 6:30 PM

 oh that's the yummy green tea cake YY bought for me yesterday! so pretty right? well,whilst most of my classmates are busy doing stuff like buying stuff and selling funfair tickets, I am at home. heh. but I did useful stuff like baking cookies for them and studying bio notes. so hardworking,yes? it's like the 1st time this year that I really read my notes. anyway,valentine's day was really nice. there were lots of flowers,chocolates,sweets and goodies=) I love it. the school's fun-o-rama is in 2 days time. oh gosh. there's lots of work to be done for HH. there's more banner painting today. I'll be going to school soon. but to Ikea to get lights witha couple of people. I really hope that everything will go fine. valentine's day cupcakes-chocolate cupcakes with chocolate custard filling and marshmallow and white chocolate glaze. well, lunch was great. me and mama were able to get lunch done. we had Prawn salad,baked rice,roast chicken and cheese buns. the food was really good. they liked it. oh truffle tart was a big hit too(although it was a lil lumpy) =) anyway,it's the last day of chinese new year. oh banner painting was pretty fun. more banners! lohei!  chocolate truffle tart  8:30 PM

ladida.. I'm damn happy!! Johnson & Wales University's Director of Internatinal Relations is coming to Singapore during March!!!! I'm definitely going to meet that guy. oh my!! it's a normal university in US with the school of culinary arts. it's this really cool school which has 4 different campus in several states. yay! and I got the Culinary Institute of America's Brochure for international students! it's really detailed..with all the admission forms and sorts. it's super cool! I totally love it. it's such a gorgeous brochure. but in order to qualify for the CIA,I would have to work for 6 months in a restaurent or something like that. it makes things more confusing. the school is in NEW YORK! oh gosh. I'm kinda high after seeing all those stuff. anyway I marinated chicken for tomorrow's great get-together and a chocolate truffle tart with half white-choc-dipped strawberries. it's totally pretty=) Mel's godma and family,Claud's godma and family and my godma is coming. those 2 families are huge! more than 5 kids. so it means more food to cook. equals more cooking for me. but I like it! so fun. banner painting again tomorrow. oh yes. I've changed my blog pic. it's another jay chou pic=P I kinda like this pic 'cos it's really nice. I like the colours. and I like photography in a way. after school HH meeting was pretty good. it was damn funny towards the end. it's gonna be real busy this few days. oh my. anyway,Valentine's day is coming along. how nice=) mama is banning us all from the TV. it's quite dumb actually. so it means no tv for quite abit. I'm tired and sick of school. it's boring and yucky. anyway,it has been kinda busy these few days. yesterday was the school's annual crosscountry at Macritchie Reservoir. and I don't like it. a bunch of us ran together. I fell back during the first half but found them. I ended up walking(like an auntie) with HL. she walks really fast! oh. me and syl went to see pam dance ballet. I'm considering taking up ballet again. I'm not very sure 'cos I am very inflexible. but I love ballet. it's so beautiful. and the teacher elena is very good. sigh. school has totally lost its meaning which is very bad. but I'll definitely study for the term exams after fun-o-rama. ok off to searching some random stuff. 8:45 PM

hello! well yesterday's baking class aka chocolate workshop was fantastic. I absolutely love it. this time there are nicer people around. people are much older than me but I can still talk to them. the chef Patrick Heuberger spoke with this really cute french accent( chocolat!) I love chocolate. totally! yummy I ate tons of chocolate when we were making the lil nice chocs. I love baking/cooking. I can't wait till after my As. banner painting was really fun=) the banner is super nice. I love it too. eating with plastic gloves was so funny! chocolates I made  2:30 PM

Jackyiyi and family are leaving for Shanghai today. they won't be coming back for a couple of years. ok school has just been bad for the last few days. I feel like a failure. argh damn it. I shan't comment on it further. well,I felt stressed so I made an oreo cheesecake. it's going to sit in the fridge till Maryanne yiyi and family come over(sadly) anyway didi is a great lil companion. his presence just brightens up my day and all worries are gone. it's gonna be really busy this few weeks. oh and gross! there's some weird bug on my computer screen.yuck. sigh.irritating eczema is acting up again. I wish I didn't have to study for the As. I just want to do what I love. I don't see how learning integration or benzene rings will help me in my future. heh.
