merry xmas!

well,so much stuff has happened and I simpldy don't know where to start.

It has been great(the last week and the weekend) I really enjoyed having my cousins vanessa and charmaine over at our place. they are like sisters to me.everytime we're together we just click so well. I miss them! I didn't get to say good bye to them! but we should be seeing each other during new years day.

oh that's green tea ice cream pancake. it is absolutely yummy. sweet adzuki beans studded within strong green tea ice cream wrapped between 2 sweet pancakes. it is so worth S$3!

oh about the chocolate on the right. it's VALRHONA milk chocolate(the smaller box on the left) it's very mild, milky and melt in your mouth! it's very smooth. even mama commented that it was good after complaining so much about the price =p
it cost S$5.50 for 75 g versus cadbury S$4 for 250 g.

clique outing was fun.
we must try other food than thai! no more thai food although I do like hot stuff.

christmas was really good.
we went over to malaysia for our christmas celebration!

we went to maryanne yiyi's house.everyone was there! my mother's side! all my cousins,aunts, uncles! so many people except my grand-dad. he stayed in Ipoh 'cos he was afraid that someone would rob his house.
we got up super early in the morn though and still got caught in a jam at SINGAPORE'S SIDE!argh! I must say that Singaporean and Malaysian drivers are awfully rude. they cut people queue like nobody's business.
we had a barbecue on xmas eve.
I mixed all the marinades! it was fun. and the volume of food = tons!
uncle nick was terrible at starting the fire. uncle patrick was so much better. heh
anyway, it's kinda weird seeing uncle nick being so daddy-ish. I've got a 3-month old male baby cousin Eric! he's really cute! uncle nick is still uncle nick I guess. only that he's a dad now. so different from what he is before. the bad boy of the family.
I enjoyed talking to all my yiyis=)
in short,it was really really fun!
but I didn't get to eat enough!
oh I love the wet market my yiyis brought me too. so much stuff and so cheap! and I forgot to bring the red delicious apples I bought back to singapore!
I miss them all...
xmas mass was good in a way..I had a pretty lazy xmas anyway.hah! today too!

hot dogs for lunch!

I have developed a weird kind of bond with my LIBRARY BOOKS! this is totally mad. but still..I can't seem to bear returning them. how? I don't like photocopying recipes either! argh! this is really bad..only a week more to the due date. but I did get one of the cookbooks I like. it's the family circle all favourites cookbook which I have borrowed from orchard library. so I have 2 same books now.
ok enough of my nonsense.
