ok.I've been searching for culinary classes since like ages ago. The classes I want are either fully booked,over or cancelled.but I got a chocolate workshop next year.it's like in advance. Guest Chef Patrick Heuberger, Au Petit Salut. Les Petit Four: 'Chocolate Workshop' using Valrhona An introduction to chocolate work, including preparation of ganache, tempering chocolate couverture, basic fashioning & finishing of truffles with candied orange peel, marzipan, almonds & hazelnuts. so cool yea?but I gotta wait till like feb 2006. I should be signing up for another one which is french cuisine.fun=) most cooking schools don't do much hands on stuff.so I'm trying to search for more. geog lecture was boring but bearable.oh A forgot that we had lect and didn't come.haha!Lynn was weird.he happily randomly pointed me out to the entire arts faculty and called me baker mama(K started calling me that a few weeks before) heh.he were talking about some layers of the earth.weird person. I'm bored.I shall go downstairs to help my mum to bake something. CHAN SYLVIA!u must come on monday ok!I'll be baking lemon curd crepe cake.. 8:15 PM
