  hello! I had an ok day!and as you can see,I got a weighing balance!woohoo!no more adjusting the scale(with that yucky weighing scale my mum always insists it works!yes it works but who uses those read off the scale stuff?) my mum bought it for me from Taka.it's really cool. it's like the weighing balance we always use in school but the only difference is that the accuracy is up to 1g. the good thing is that I can weigh stuff in ounces and pounds too!!(yay!and that's where the Professional Baking book the class gave me comes in!) I read this book about chefs becoming Certified Master Chefs in a course by the Culinary Institute of America.it's really cool. they seem quite obsessed with making terrines. (I can't seem to find a suitable description.it's just a very complicated dish which requires a lot of shills,and bla bla bla) ok enough of all my foodie stuff! I went out with my grandma,lill bro and primary 3 sis. so imagine me walking around with them.so uncool right? but anyway,I met my mum there. timothy and nini went to watcht the sesame street show while i went around looking at stuff. I got a weighing balance and a new swimsuit! I like my new swim suit.it's dark blue with red stuff.I wanted to get the gorgeous looking speedo swimsuit but...they didn't have it in my size!argh!it's really nice.black with cool red stuff on top.not flashy at all! so I settled for the arena swim suit. we bought and ate loads of stuff from taka's food hall!absolutely yummy.I'll be mad if I didn't eat them. AND..I have discovered the 2nd best laksa in Singapore.it's Vietnamese Laksa from Vietnam Gourmet.it's hot without any red chilli oil floating about!so so nice! heh. went swimming.quite fun. I made this weird juice thing from beetroot,wheatgrass and green apples.it looks really purple pink.it tastes weird 'cos of the grassy taste and beetroot.thankfully,the green apples saved me.  I had a really jumbled up dinner.it's like weird.can't explain it. ok shan't bore people.bye! 11:45 PM
