I don't know why. baking new stuff seems to be more important to me than any other thing. which is bad considering I'm on my way to failing promos. well my day has been good. I woke up late[as usual] had an ok lunch[malay rice] slacked around a lil before getting to do some baking. I baked french silk chocolate pie. does this make anyone drool?haha.. I searched from pastry shell recipes 'cos I quite obviously need one.I found the recipe in one old recipe book which has very good recipes.so I made my pastry shells. they're quite troublesome to make but it's worth it. chilled the dough,rolled it out and pressed it into my glass pans and baked them. I did the chocolate filling.I added some cocoa powder 'cos the melted chocolate wasn't very strong.It uses raw eggs.It should be ok I guess.i don't mind eating it. I swirled it with semisweet chocolate and topped it off with peach slices. yay!it's tonight's dessert! yummy!!!!!!!!! ok I haven't done ANY work. bad.I shall do some tonight.I need to do EOM! bad.... ha!more baking tml... FRI kidsread was good.vry nice although Erik was as naughty as ever. under the sea. I did the worksheets!with some help from my sis[melanie] who taught me how to draw some stuff. haha.it was nice. heh P's colouring is bad.mymy. but her seaweed turned out fine.mine too! the kids were quite well-behaved.we had a very obedient crasher=) felt quite lighthearted after it all. that supid D is damn rubbishy.always saying all those bad stuff to Erik. ha!but it was fun.too bad S missed it. I miss my jj class.there seems to be some problems which is very very sad talked to JM.real fun.I miss her so much.she's having so much fun.she's like living out my dream back there in JJ.oh... 4:30 PM
